FAQs

Common questions

Is POSH compliance mandatory for my business?

Every workplace with 10 or more employees must constitute an Internal Committee under the POSH Act, 2013. Employers also have a duty to prevent harassment, display information about it and run awareness sessions.

What does a compliance health check cover?

Your policies, contracts, statutory registers and POSH set-up. You get a prioritised list of gaps and how to close them.

Do you replace our lawyer or CA?

No. We handle HR policy, documentation and processes, and work alongside your legal and finance advisers on matters that need them.

How often should compliance be reviewed?

At least once a year, and whenever your headcount grows significantly, you open a new location or the law changes.
